What makes a guy friendly to you one day and totally not looking at you the next (work edition) ?

He might of heard some negative rumors about you or he is just having a bad day , or he just isn’t interested in you the way you want him to be interested in you. Just because someone is nice to you , it doesn’t mean they want a relationship with you. Or he realized he didn’t want to give you the wrong impression, so he backed off from you and ignored you instead. Bottomline , don’t just assume things , if he likes you he will make it clear that he does , by investing a lot of his time into you and asking you personal questions, if he isn’t doing that to you , then he isn’t interested
