Why would a guy at work stop being friendly?

He went from having manners sch as saying you're welcome to saying i to everyone but me. I thought we started connecting last week (nothing obvious but the vibes were different). Now he's being cold and its like oh ok.

Why he said hi to everyone but not you? If you never know each other before? And if you neverr had any friendship before... then acting cold and distant is not possible. Maybe you are overthinhking it.

I meant to say that he didn't say you're welcome anymore but he used to say it. But now he only says it to everyone elsem

Maybe he got hurted by ur some behaviour that you didn't noticed.. coz honestly speaking guys or girls become cold and distant coz of only this reason.
