so I have been dating/ not really sure what this is for 6 months. He had just came out of a relationship when we met and was all fed up in the head. Said he didn't want anything. I remember our first date when he was open to a relationship ( a month into it , he got cold feet and started freaking out about his ex and his issues with relationships) he dressed up. After that I never see him dressed up. He recently saw his ex, said it let him hash out feelings of being a jerk ( he dumped her), and he realized how lucky he was to have me. blah blah...He said seeing her made him NOT want to get back with her, he realized they are happy apart and that he was not wrong for breaking up with her.
So now we meet more frequently and he is all of a sudden wearing cologne before I come over. like the other night, I came over late right after his rugby practice and he had a some good smelling cologne. I know he had just gotten out of the shower, and knew I was coming. He also recently invited me to his rugby game, and insists on me going. Note while he was in his " I am afraid of relationships phase, he mentioned them, but never invited me". He tells me I should really go...only girlfriends, moms, and close friends go.
Why is he acting this way?
