Long story short; my friend of 3 years is having a bad night because of family drama last night Thanksgiving. At the bar, he tried shooting his shot at my friend of over 10 years and she shut him down. He’s married but he constantly flirts with whoever he can and she denied him. She texts me couple hours later after we left bar talking about him. She knew his name without me even bringing it up and stuff about him. I’m stuck in middle, so I try to play it off for both sides to make them happy. My friend of 3 years isn’t happy cause I through him under the bus while talking to my female friend. Understandable. But he’s talking me that I f***ed up and that he’s married & this will get him in trouble if it reaches his wife. But he’ll constantly flirt with other women in public not caring that he’s married and sometimes will hide his ring if she cute enough. And he has a bad track record and many people know about him. Now I’m in the middle. I look like the bad guy for ratting my guy friend out to my friend but same time, she knew who he was without me even ever introducing them to each other and he acts like he never met her before until tonight. I feel guilty but same time I don’t. Now I gotta decide between my female friend who I’ve known her and her family for 10 plus years vs a former coworker that I’ve known for 3 years. It’s a lose lose situation for me regardless. Advice or opinions?

Honestly, I would never condone the kind of behaviour your friend of 3 years are doing.
Either I would cut him off as a friend, or I would call him out of his crappy behaviour, instead of trying to "make him happy" and protect him.

How can this even be a question?
The other is a 10 year old relationship you have, who did nothing wrong, she just rejected him...

Thing is too that we were playing pool when my friend & her coworker walked in to pick up a package from her mom. I paused the game and said hi to them real quick and went back to game. With no warning or anything, he just straight up paused game and went straight towards her and asked her if she wanted to play pool with us. And he only asked her cause she looked gorgeous in his eyes. And that’s when everything happened.

I don't associate. with cheaters, even on an acquaintance level. They are selfish, arrogant scum who don't care about anyone but themselves. And guess what? That dude's stink will wear off on you... and you will be judged for it.
