You know, it's a thing now. I don't know why guys would want to spend all that time shaving. It's a pain in the butt. Unless a guy's an olympic swimmer, doesn't seem to be that important. Or, if they're wearing dresses or kilts, maybe they want smooth legs.
I've always found hairy legs and bodies on men signifies adult masculinity. But, trends change. People seem to believe hair is "dirty" these days. Hair GETS dirty if you don't bathe daily with soap and water or after exertion. Nothing inherently dirty about hair.
Others feel it's unsightly: it interferes with the view of washboard abs or skin. This might be true, but soft body hair and hard abs are a pleasure to touch.
Save money on shavers and razors, and time on grooming and itchiness with regrowth and hair bumps! Ugh!
Well bro (sorry to out you, but we all know you're a dude), body hair is a sign of masculinity. I like it to a degree (way too much can be off putting), but perhaps more importantly, I like him not removing it without a valid reason (like swimming or body building).
Let me ask you, why would you want to shave it? Honest question.
Are you certain they're shaved? Maybe he's just not very hairy.
