Drop the "intimidated" part and stick to the "out of their league" as the wording. You essentially asked the same question twice, in two different ways, and both came from distinct perspectives or mindsets.

I think when you first blurted the question out, you were onto something. Your ego really gunked up the same question the second time around. What remained the same?

Why would a guy want that when he has Miss Hawt'n'Tasty that every man wants... from her perspective?

Girl "A" may be the best looking hawtest girl in the mix and girl "B" is simply plainer... so what makes girl A less appealing than girl B?

Don't feed your ego and assume it's because he's intimidated... it might be more about what he really wants long term.

To put it into another perspective and a more male perspective since that is what you're wondering about. Getting off is the same whether it was girl A or girl B... right? Getting off is getting off. Who do you enjoy being with after and around that the the most though?

The short term fun stuff gets to a point where the juice just isn't worth the squeeze... something more comfortable and in his realm becomes much more appealing at that point.

Because, by their late teens, guys have learned the league they can get dates with. Very few men can date cheerleaders or other beautiful girls. Most men can't even date average women because many women choose not to date, over dating men that they are not attracted to.

That's OK. Most girls think 80% of guys r unattractiv. While guys think most girls r attractive.

Someone said girls hav made it hard 4 guys 2 do something like ask them out or dt. them. They said only attractive guys r approachable 2 girls. The othrs r thought of as bein creepy, etc.

Maybe they see that as they age, more emotional connection vs. physical connection results in a better relationship long term.

Personally, the more attracted I am to a girl, the harder it is for me to do anything. One girl gave me anxiety attacks that caused me to throw up.
