So it's been more than 2 years and it's my first relationship, earlier he was all over me but when the honeymoon phase is over , I feel. like this relationship is getting boring lately , even his texts are short now and replies when he likes to I guess... i discovered his insta watch history and i noticed that he often watches random influencer girls and models, there are always girls on his way history... i don't know is it something okay? or red flag? he never reaches out or anything to those girls but he often searches for this 7-8 names often and also the random girls...

Should I be okay with it? or is he a jerk?

Red flag for sure. If he was just lusty thats one thing, he may be the type who never got used to not looking at hot girls online and has always done it. But what makes it a red flag is that he's doing it combined with barely caring about you. It means his interest in you isn't there anymore. I don't know why this would be, could be that it was only based on feelings and his infatuation expired, could be something happened that put him off. But its not a good sign for your relationship.
