Yes, those can be some of the signs which you can. However, apart from this the more clear indications would be on his personality aspect. The way he talks and if the flirting is more sexual or not. Plus such a man would not actually care or make any attempt to know the personality of the woman or give importance to it but instead he will be happy if the woman is just physically beautiful and would try to just convince or even manipulate (sublty) so that he gets invited to her home and then to bed. Of course all this he would try to do it in a charming way.

Oh LOL apologies. I'd say when a guy what's too much too soon that a pretty clear sign that he's going to vanish as soon as you give him what he wants. Love bombing is also a red flag. Some fboys can be very honest about what they want and let you know that they just want to have some fun so you don't have high expectations.
