He likes my attention at least a bit bc he will try to conversate with me little sometimes tho it seems like he might not be as interested or short conversation but than there is days where he craves attention so I don’t understand this guy so today I just decided to totally ignore him and it went little well

Being married doesn’t equate to being a good husband or partner, so when it comes to how a guy is acting, his relationship status doesn’t always matter. In any case, if I were you I would be very passive with him. You don’t need to figure him out, let his wife do that. You’re there to work, not for the marital drama.

Also, you should really try not to just to conclusions or make assumptions. It isn’t fair to assume that just because he’s a guy and trying to speak with you here and there does not mean he’s romantically interested. There’d have to be something much more fundamental going on before you even travel down such a shady, trifling road.

If your idea of playing games is him giving you more or less attention from day to day then respectfully you are too invested in a man that’s not yours. Would you say that any of your female coworkers are playing games when they talk more or less? Most likely not, so why do it for him? There’s no good reason.

Bc I feel like he is playing games intentionally, one time he got mad at me for not speaking to him and said I only talk when it comes to work related stuff
