Guys, what does a “confident woman” looks like to you?

There are all sorts of judgments, variations, and perceptions of the terminology “confident”  I am curious what does it means to a man what they think a “confident woman” is :)

I had to think on this one a bit. I do like when women can be confident. It really isn't all that much different from a confident man in my book tbh. I'll do bullet points.

So to me this is a person who can state her needs, wants, desires without fear of being judged.
Although it might be nice to get validation from others they can generally be ok only getting this validation from deep within.
They have high emotional maturity and are able to receive constructive feedback without it seriously deregulating them internally. they just take it, consider it and judge it on its own merits.
unafraid to be completely honest even when it might make others uncomfortable.
When they wrong someone else, they take accountability, own up to it and apologize sincerely for it.
They respect others boundaries and also unafraid to tell others when they are violating their own especially after it has been clearly stated.
They always listen intently and are able to stay in the moment and offer feedback to whatever is being said.
Oh here's a major one: they state what they are going to do and then always follow up on doing what they said. Words match actions! a biggie!
Can respectfully disagree on most topics and don't result to petty insults or name calling.
The keep trying no matter what, they never give up and even if they may stumble or fail they get right back up and either try again or rethink things and try something else

ok i think i got most of it. If a woman can demonstrate all or most of these traits... yeah i'd call her confident.

Tall, and probably wearing a blazer. And she swings her hips when she walks a little and catches everyone who looks. Staring daggers like she's making everywhere the runway.

She doesn't have a purse, just one of those thin whatever they're called... A pocketbook? Because she never panics.

It's a very beautiful thing he is smart. She is wise. He is happy she knows when to speak back and she knows when to just walk away. Because the people's words don't even matter , because she knows exactly who she is and that's just beautiful , she's independent and just happy

I'd be thinking more of social confidence. A woman or man might be confident in their profession but that won't show unless you are interacting on that basis.
