I don't know about other guys but i do find it to be an attractive quality if a woman is confident in herself. Normally you see girls saying how much they like confident guys but confident women can be attractive to guys too in my opinion. depends on the guy of course. Guys are you into confident women?

It depends. As a man I like a woman with some confidence. What that’s from can vary: confidence from her professional success & skills; confidence from her physical fitness & beauty; confidence from her strength of character & personality. Each type brings a different type of confidence. Each type has a specific way it can turn me/a man on. Am I meeting this woman in a professional realm, are we taking a class together, or are we meeting on a first date? It’s going to all be part of the way that confidence is perceived. I love meeting a skilled equal who works in my field (that’s what I married). I also love meeting a woman with a physical beauty that knows it (and carries that inherent confidence too).

I’ve know a lot of people who allow confidence to start to creep into arrogance and it’s a huge turn off so it’s probably important to have an equal measure of humility to balance one out too.

Lastly, as a man, I like to see women succeed in the male dominated field I work in but have encountered a few who don’t understand that the best of those in my field are far more busy chasing the skill and never really feeling like they have attainted mastery. Anybody who feels that they have ‘proven themselves’ often loses the respect of those who are trying to “…earn their way every day.”

Frankly, most men can’t handle it.

only the toughest of the tough can.
I work around a lot of men, and the beta and lower men can’t handle me, question me and try make me look like I don’t know things so they can save the day. I’ve been in this field 20 years, specializing for 10 on what I do. Basically, I know my shit.

Where as Alpha men- love me- in work and relationship-wise

I work in a field around military (tier 1/2) and police (swat/viper/quick teams), my coworkers are all beta or less and do nothing but question me. The second the military and police arrive, the respect they give me is on another level.

If I am talking and my ceo cuts me off (happens often because he wants to assert dominance), they will literally turn away from him to listen to me. They can see what he does to disrespect me and they shut it down, I ignore it. Yay ceo with a napoleon complex….

I like a confident woman very much, arrogant ones on the other hand not at all. Fun thing is also that most women that look down on men are actually not the confident women they think they are but the most insecure ones, that`s why they constantly hate on men because they have an inferiority complex and think they need to prove themselves to others. Honestly, I come off as a pretty confident woman because I'm really good at faking it. I have to in my job, otherwise I don't get hired if I can't sell myself. But as soon as a guy shows interest in me, I tend to be on the shier side and I can't do anything about it.

Well, first of all, we need to define what is meant under "confident". Is it about how she looks (beauty, attractiveness, sexiness, etc), or is it about her social status? To me, if its about her look, yes, that's a nice quality to have. If its about her social status - i do not care.

Yeah I say so I just don’t like when a girl put herself down, degrade herself, or points out flaws she thinks she has. There is a point though where confidence can turn into being cocky though which is a turn off.
