What does it mean if this handsome dude looked at me with happy glowing bright eyes?

I was talking to a fireman and he was really handsome. I had a crush on him. I noticed that his eyes were very oddly bright and face glowing... just wondering if he detected my attraction. Its definitely not how a normal person's eyes would look. None of the other firemen around him had the same eyes.

You sure this isn’t just your imagination? Almost every other question on here says this man was holding eyes w me or staring at me. He looked at me like no other men has ever looked at a woman. Because people respond differently. I work in the medical field, last 9 years. Women tend to freak out a lot, men are usually just calm, do what they need to do and joke around. Just cause it’s a medical event doesn’t mean he’s panicking. Yes there are some women who respond the same way as the men. Some men also respond the same as women, but they’re usually the gay men.
