Do I give up this crush or keep trying?

Hey Guys.

there's this guy in my club I've developed a crush on. he's pretty friendly but kinda awkward, and generally good with holding convos with everyone. I've spoken to him a few times with a friend around, and one time just us. He's kind and curious but I dont think he sees me how I see him. We've had just about three convos total and are still in the first month of getting to know each other. Since he doesn't look at me much in the club I've been feeling like maybe he's not interested. He is also quiete nerdy so I don't know of its just him being focused on work + the context of the club itself.

What do you recommend I do? Or do I give it up now so I dont hurt myself?

You’re still in the “data gathering” phase, not the “decision” phase.

Him not looking at you much in a club setting could mean focus or shyness not necessarily lack of interest.

Instead of protecting yourself by retreating, maybe just engage him a little more one onnone and watch consistency.

If effort starts meeting effort, there’s something there. If not, you’ll know without guessing.

If he is a bit nerdy maybe he is new to relationships, dating sex? Maybe follow each other on socials to start? As you know it is ok to ask him out and see how it goes.
