Why is a former high school friend suddenly ignoring me in college?

For context, I'm at college, there's this guy I went to high school with that also landed up in the same College as me. The firs few times (twice) we ran into each other at college he greeted me and acknowledged me. Thereafter, everytime he would see me, he wouldn't even make eye contact and randomly just pretend as if I'm not there. I actually find this to be such weird behaviour. Oh and he's not the guy from the question I posed before this.

Many people see college as an opportunity to leave behind there past and become more then the were in high school and for many people that is easier to do when you let go of the things that hold you to the old identity.

Maybe he didn't see you. You didn't say hi to him either. Is your behavior weird as well?

No Sir he definitely saw me, he was walking towards the opposite direction I was walking , so technically we were facing each other.

Okay? So what? Unless you were controlling his mind at the time then you can't say if he saw you or not.
So why are you ignoring him? Or are you just going to ignore your own double standard?

I can't say for sure but perhaps he's moved on and is more interested in more, mature girls.
