Because they’re bad men. They’re just out for sex and they’re not interested in you. The way they treat you when you will not give them sex give you a good indication of who they really are. It means they’re putting on a mask the rest of the time and you cannot trust them. Remember to listen to what a person does not what they say

First of all not all men are like that. So stop putting us into one category. Why do women get mad or won’t date you again if you refuse to pay for the dates? Because he thinks he's entitled to it. If a date told me she was going to wait until marriage I would say "I wish you well, but that won't work for me." If she told me she didn't have sex until we knew each other better, I would say "Works for me."
