Why does he hide?

Ok basically this produce manager stares at me but hides behind his trolley and when I catch him he keeps looking at me and has a small smile. But it's weird because he has blonde hair and blue eyes but when I look over everything looks darker hahahaha I don't know how to explain.

Is that why he wear too much cologne? I wore a lot of perfume then next day he wore too much i was coughing lol. He also stare at me then when i notice he continues and smiles slightly but i find it creepy lol.
