Coworker was checking me out at the gym—does this mean anything?

And while he was doing that two of the guys that he works saw him. Then the next day when I went into the gym the guy that was checking me out wasn’t in there but the two guys that he works with were and gave me small smiles. I was wondering if it means anything?

Checking you out? Exactly what was he doing that you say he was checking you out? He glanced in your direction for a second but your brain registered it as an eternity? A lot of women these days think every man is checking them out, or that he’s interested in her case he said hi or opened the door for her.

He was watching me walking on the treadmill, an then when I looked away and looked at him again he looked away quick.

Ok so maybe he’s checking you out but for what reason. Doesn’t always mean it’s cause he likes you. I mean there are times when men will stare at women in disgust of how she’s dressed, what she looks like, her attitude, it’s not always cause a man likes her.

Maybe he likes you. Why don’t you ask him after work or try to get his number? That will tell you likely if he’s interested.
