If I was him I would go full Michael Jordan. I'd tell my hair if you fellas can't all work together you all need to go. Baldness doesn't run in my family, but I do have baby fine hair so in my opinion it looks just as bad. So a majority of the time (especially in the summer I just take it all down to the dome. Look at the money I save on shampoo.🤣

It's just hair is my attitude. But my advice would be the same to a woman. Control your hair, don't let your hair control you. And I've been attracted to bald women.

Since I'm a guy, i can't answer the question cuz u asked "if a guy" had a bald spot.

That being said I wish to share this opinion though:
I've heard that it can be related to having a stress period in life and later it will grow back on its own.
I've also heard that it can be some kinda skin fungus or virus or something. Doctor can give some kinda cream to cure it.
It can be a sing of alopecia which means full hair loss over time.
