Coworker at the gym keeps checking me out and smiling—does it mean anything?

and staring at me. And while he was doing that two of the guys that he works saw him. Then the next day when I went into the gym the guy that was checking me out wasn’t in there but the two guys that he works with were and gave me small smiles. I was wondering if it means anything? Then today when I was at the gym I was walking on the treadmill the same guy was looking at me and when I looked at him he looked away and I was wondering if any of this means anything? Also when I went into the gym the next day after he was checking me out, two of coworkers gave me small smiles did that mean anything?

What does any of it matter if ultimately he is not making a move on you? If a guy really likes you, he won’t want to risk losing an opportunity with you and would ultimately make a move. If he’s not then there’s a reason for that outside of the usual excuse of a guy being too shy.
