I think losing your train of thought doesn't mean anything except you should concentrate more, and keep your focus.

I have been in this situation many times, were I have been side tracked by someone, and then I've forgotten what I was planning to say.

Usually if someone looses train of thought the either….. it happens and they just genuinely lost track or they find someone really attractive.
