He finds it hard to communicate with women? I don't think there's anything to read into. It's a huge generalization to think everyone who struggles speaking to women has a shitty personality. Men that don't have sisters and haven't been in long relationships tend to have trouble speaking with women naturally. I've been there and it wasn't because I was some evil sexist man trying to get a date. It's because it was something new, and I didn't know how to make interesting conversation with someone I didn't share masculine interests in.
