When a guy keeps singing to me, is it flirting or just showing off?

This guy I’ve known since I was a child but don’t see often has sung to me 3 times when I have seen him or anonymously calling my house and singing to me. No one else had done it so I’m thinking it was him and another time he sung a mini concert. Does that mean anything or he just likes showing off his nice singing voice?
