Why did my coworker keep staring at my legs at work?

He was talking to someone else and I looked over and saw him staring at my legs (I was wearing regular work pants). Honestly my legs are not thick at all, in fact I have chicken legs. Do you think he was judging them?

How is it that e wry women assumes if a man is looking in her direction he’s checking her out? Doesn’t mean he was checking your legs out. I mean people do look around at other things at times when talking to someone else, especially when they’re nervous or something. The other day this lady looked down at my crotch when I was walking as she was coming in my direction. Then I realize she spotted a dollar on the ground by where I was walking.
