Everyone was talking about their wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends etc, but he didn't contribute any information about a relationship or anything. He's attractive, doesn't make sense why he'd be single, but it seems weird that the drinks were flowing and he still didn't say anything about anyone. He was talking about other stuff in his life, just not a relationship. Of course I am a little interested in him, do you think he's single?

Does he have a wedding ring on? If not maybe assume he is single and if you are interested ask him out.

Why don't you just ask him? Many people conviently don't mention spouses or SOs.
