Basically he acts like we are married for 25 years.

We made out a few times, but I wasn't comfortable with having sex in my car in the middle of the parking lot, so I rejected him ( I told him I will sleep with him but not here)... anyway... he got a bit distant, but continued kissing and hugging me... until I got fed up, cause he didn't do anything (for example taking me out or even inviting me to a hotel)..
So I complained and he said "focus on the job, I'm very stressed... let the things get better, we will see"... and he continued with his physical touch but no sex invitation.
It's been 4 months since then, he buys me food, takes care of me... I cook for him, help him with the work. He texts and calls... Basically we act like husband and wife, but I wonder why he hasn't taken me out... the only activity we do outside is go for lunch.
He says he doesn't want to meet anyone after work and not speak to anyone, but he meets with his friends/neighbors to watch soccer all the time. I don't know what's going on, but I'm on the edge already l...

It sounds like a wonderful relationship, if you're both happy. If I were in his position, and I knew you weren't comfortable having sex with me, I'd probably encourage you to consider dating other guys, while remaining as my main love interest.
I think you didn't read it correctly or you are being sarcastic. I didn't say I don't want to... I said I don't want to have sex in a public place in a car.
Maybe you should talk to him without any deception. If you really like him and you want it to go further, you can offer

I know cause we spend almost all day together and if he had one, he would have received a call or a message.
