And yes, Europeans are a bunch of pansies. We have a whole generation where we're taught 'compassion' as the only value. Sort of like an abused girlfriend, imagines that being kind to her abusive boyfriend is going to make him change or value her.

The kind of Texan I'm talking about is the one who would shoot a trespasser on his property with a rifle. There is nowhere else in the world with a gun culture quite like that. Is there any European equivalent to a Montanan who hunts bears and eats bear meat? — maybe Russians.

Americans tend to keep tools in their garages and handle their own repairs instead of calling someone else. Just look at the guy in this photo. He's a typical Southerner. He probably has British and German ancestry, but if you went to the places his ancestors came from, you wouldn't easily find men who look like this anymore.
