If a guy constantly burps loudly around a new girlfriend, what does it mean?

That's a little weird way of saying it, but if a guy is in a new relationship, and he does it all the time, like purposely gross and not mannerly with it, does that show any signs of not liking the girl as much? I mean guys are gross I get it, but a real man would try not to be so gross about it and say excuse me after, so with him not doing that, does it point to anything? Again I don't really know how to explain it, the people who understand get it, it's not a serious question just genuinely curious on what guys think when they do that?

As for the saying “It’s Better To Burp & Taste It Rather Than Fart & Waste It” would apply in this case & I think you should tell your boyfriend that.

As for people they burp to expel excess air from the upper digestive tract. It happens when swallowed air or gas builds up, stretching the stomach and forcing esophageal sphincters to relax. As for burping some people think it’s gross, some people think it’s rude & as for your boyfriend he has to release gas some way & instead of him farting tell him to burp all he wants.
