How do I respond to my white friend who says he’s the only man who will truly love me?

As a black woman I’ve never dated a black man. My ex boyfriend is Hispanic (I know it isn’t a race). One of my guy friends admitted he’s been chasing me since we were 12 and always wanted me to be his girlfriend and asked if I was his girlfriend once. I looked at him like he was nuts. I told him I liked him as a friend.
He asked me, “Why won’t you give a white man a chance? I would treat you like a queen and some white guys appreciate black women more than black guys or other races.”
I mean that’s not already true. Some black guys liked me. My crushes were either black, mixed or Hispanic. Some white but mostly black. I mean I’m a black woman. There’s nothing wrong with white men but I prefer black. I told him, it’s not that I won’t give white men a chance, I just prefer black men.”
He looked at me sadly. He said no man has every appreciated you or valued you or gave you nice things have they? Your ex boyfriend didn’t appreciate you. No man will EVER love you like I do. You always go for good looking guys but never look my way. One day you will realize that I am the one for you all these years. You’re the only girl I ever loved and that will never change. We’re both autistic and chubby. I like my women black and plump, not so skinny or too gorgeous.

How do I respond to my white friend who says he’s the only man who will truly love me?
