The internet states the following about your question
"Men can have more feminine or higher-pitched voices due to a combination of physical, hormonal, behavioral, and neurological factors.
Hormonal and Anatomical Factors
Puberty and Testosterone Levels: During puberty, rising testosterone levels normally cause the larynx (voice box) to grow larger—forming the Adam's apple—and the vocal folds to become longer and thicker. Lower or atypical testosterone levels during this developmental window can result in the vocal cords failing to thicken fully, leaving the voice higher in pitch.
Vocal Fold and Larynx Size: A higher fundamental frequency (pitch) happens when the vocal folds vibrate more frequently each second. Men with smaller vocal folds or a smaller laryngeal framework naturally produce a higher pitch similar to a female voice.
Vocal Cord Conditions: Issues such as vocal cord nodules, polyps, or chronic tension can alter how the vocal folds close and vibrate, leading to a lighter, higher, or harsher voice quality.

It's about the resonant frequencies in the larynx which is a combination of anatomical geometry (larger = lower) and how you use it (choice, training). Smaller men tend to have higher frequency voices (geometry) but American women, for example, speak higher than Australian women, on average (choice, training).
Some men naturally have higher pitched or softer voices because of genetics, hormones, or the way their vocal cords developed during puberty. Others may have speech patterns that sound more feminine. It doesn't automatically mean a man is gay or less masculine. Voice is simply one of those things that varies from person to person, just like height or facial features. 😊

I don’t know. What causes some men to get kicked off GaG?
No balls?
Who knows, and more importantly, who cares?
Surprisingly, no balls is the correct answer.
Testosterone levels.
