Clear, basic signs a guy likes you?

Are there any obvious, clear signs to tell that a guy likes you? From walking past each other, their reactions when they see you (mannerisms, body language, behavior ), or even through Facebook?

Also, if the guy tends to sometimes walk in another direction when you see him , is this a sign?

I was like that: analyzed every bit of body language, but it doesn't really work. The only thing it achieves is sending you insane. Try getting him in a conversation, one on one. You can just TELL. The nerves will be there, he'll hang on your every word, he'll be really listening to you, he may not be able to get the "WOW I'm really talking to her" smile off his face, and making pretty intense eye contact. If he's shy, don't count on the last one. It depends on how comfortable he is around you. A shy guy who liked me would always look away fast when I caught him staring, but if we were talking, he'd use that opportunity to not take his eyes off me and boy was it obvious. The best thing about having a conversation is there's so much MORE to analyze... lol.

Not making eye contact and going in another direction doesn't always mean secretly interested. I've known guys to do that when they suspected a girl liked them and it made them uncomfortable/ they didn't want her to get the wrong idea so they didn't know how to act towards her.

He will add you on fb. When he talks to you it looks like he's struggling to find something to say. If you don't come to class he asks where you been. He looks at you a lot. He touches you or finds excuses to touch you. He will get your number and text you or chat you up on fb.

Um if you see him and he walks the other way I would assume he's not interested or he is disgusted by you

I got this one Hon...if he goes the other way? He's shy AND...probably likes you. If you pass each other and he's deliberately avoiding eye contact...he likes you. On the other hand...if he makes DIRECT eye contact and doesn't say anything? He likes you...can't take his eyes off of you but is too chicken to speak up. He might play a prank on you...or...if you have a class with this guy, then whenever you look his way, he's either looking at you or turns quickly away.

If you like HIM? Go tell him point blank. Life is short and if we assume that he likes you too but is just too shy to say it, then you're wasting precious time. Hope this helps

Longer gazes, also you find him looking at you a lot then he looks away quick

Flirting, Obvious (Teasing, etc...)

What do you mean in another direction? Like he changes directions when he sees you?

oh right, thanks :) yeah, happens a few times, he's sometimes seen me and then changed the direction he's walking in. Other times me or a friend has caught him look at me... and one time I'm pretty sure he heard me talking to a friend while kinda walking behind him, and he glanced over his shoulder at me... mixed signals?

Looking over your shoulder it not here nor there, now were you happening to be talking about him while behind him?

Changing directions isn't gonna be a misinterpretation most of time, it's just over analyziations.

Truly, he's not gonna technically "like" you if you have never talked to you. Second, he may think your cute which can be the glances etc. The fellow, below me is saying misinterpretation because, body language for like 98% (Ball park haha) is sub concious so its possible

I on the other a lot of times alter my body language to give off certain vibes yanno, most people don't I'm not gonna go into the whole thing but ya.

Best bet for you is to try and talk to him nonchalantly see where it goes

The only thing that's painfully obvious is him flat out telling you. If you try to rely solely on body language you'll find that everything can be interpreted as a mixed signal depending on how you see it.
