What would you do if some one slapped your butt?

Its an essay for mu pyschology class about how people react when they have been sexually harrased. I have to use real responses from real people. If you don't want your post to be recorded its alright just tell me. I just want to hear your response.

sexual harassment can be very uncomfortable and a very serious issue. If a friend slaps my butt in a joking way... I will not be offended and I will not feel uncomfortable.. But when someone you do not share a "i farted hahahaha" relationship with, slaps your butt it is uncomfortable no matter who it is. whether its a peer or superior.. its weird.. and unless you think the peer or superior is "hot" you will not laugh but instead be annoyed and confused.. caught totally off guard. But sexual harassment is serious.. because most men do not understand what it means etc. to a woman..and why or why not she may put up with it even if its bothers her.. lets pretend for a second that the world was different and women ran it.. we were CEO's, we were professors etc.. with 75% of the executive positions.. imagine you work for a woman.. and she is the total opposite of what you find attractive...or you may see her as a mother figure.. or something of that sort but not at all sexually attractive.. imagine her slapping your butt before walking out the copy room..? how would you feel? probably violated or offended.. but who do you tell? I mean you can tell her but if she's like a "man" with a "super ego" of power.. then she may just end up blacklisting you as "ugh he's a b*tch of a guy, ill fire him" or just start acting negatively towards you.. I mean you can imagine if you have guy friends or you being a guy.. how sometimes you guys react after finding out a girl may not be into you.. but then not only do you keep silent because you want to keep your job.. but because if you do make a big deal over sexual harassment.. you will probably be black listed from every other business because those women will be like "ahh he's a rat.. or I can't control little jokes what if he takes that too seriously etc.. to much of an issue" so there you go you are now blacklisted in the business world.. now the catch 22 of all this.. is when you stay quiet. the superior has no idea that you "dont like it" and if like some people.. will "assume maybe you do" and it will continue and probably become progressively worst.. and you will become so uncomfortable because you will be worried of the next time you may be alone in the office with that person.. scared etc. lol lol I duno hope that helped.

do you want to know how I did react when I was sexually harassed or do you want a hypothetical? actually, they are probably the same. once in a public place a strange man touched me in an obscene manner, much worse than a slap. I turned to him and told him he better keep his blanking hands off me and that my boyfriend would beat him up. the strange man was huge and I told my boyfriend to get lost when he did arrive because the guy and his friends would have killed him.

I wouldn't say anything to them just look at them sort of annoyed, if it was a friend or someone carrying on with me then I'd just laugh otherwise a stranger I would feel uncomfortable and want to get away from them soon as possible especially if it was continued behavior from them, If then it was continued behavior from them I would say something to them to stop it or I'd just move away from them as far as possible. I've had this happen several times -- always girls giving me a slap or pinch. The first time -- in college, I was at first surprised by a stranger, but then realizing who it was (hot drunk girls), just was hoping they would follow it up by knocking me over the head and dragging me to their rooms. Girlfriends & girlfriends of friends also do this -- and I always just take it as a compliment on my ass! I dig aggressive girls -- and always welcome such harassment from them!

I was in that situation often,even strangers did it,i always in shock and I don't say anytn.Dunno why/.I just look at them angry,or if it's a young cute guy,i smile a bit or pretending to be angry haha

If more happening,it's gross and really really bad.nobody can touch you against ur wish.Once it happened to me,and I was crying a whole hour after it,and still can't forget that till now.(was not rape tho)

If it was a friend: laugh it off, if I didn't know him at school: make eye contact, raise an eyebrow, walk away, If I didn't know him at the mall: Make eye contact and get away as fast as I could to a supervised environment.

i'm not normally a physical person, but if some random guy slapped my bum, I'd seriously consider smacking him in the face or anywhere above the shoulders...seriously.

it depends on who it was... if it was a friend id laugh, if it was a stranger I would give them a "WTF" type of look

i would personally not care. its just a but. if it was anywhere else on my body I think I would feel violated but the butt to me is no big deal

I suppose it's all in the context. if I was in high school and the other person was, maybe it would be different. or it could depend on what kind of slap. in my earlier response, I was 21 and the guy got more out of that than most of my boyfriends ever got.

I have a big personal space bubble and physical contact like that from someone I am not close to makes me uncomfortable.

is it someone that... knows you or don't knows you? if I knew them I would laugh, if I didn;t know them I would slap them in the face.
