What is the difference between a hot guy and an attractive guy?

for both sexes, guys and girls, I think anyone who is HOT, is someone incredibly desireable, sexual, sexy, lustful, sinfully good looking (bad things), that turns the opposite sex on at the moment or for a certain period of time (its temporary). However, someone who is ATTRACTIVE, has looks and personality combined, the aura, persona, individuality, originality, interests, beliefs, the entire package altogether basically that makes the opposite sex drawn closer to them, become attached and connected to them, having a similar mentality... and this attraction is permanent and can last forever, its unforgettable. That's why they say, 'you can't forget your first love" as bad as it sounds =/

I think of abercrombie models or santa barbara beach boys as hot guys. perfect bodies, chiseled faces and jawlines, etc. sounds like a dream come true and they may be great to look at and all, but are also the last types of guy I'd ever be with. an attractive guy to me is cute and flawed. nothing is more attractive than imperfections and the ability to make them shine as a part of you and your unique personality (is that corny enough)? attractive guys to me are ones that clearly have depth and personality that go beyond their looks. weird and goofy is key! such things go as far as to make michael cera datable!

This is funny. I am a relationship kind of guy, want to get married, etc., but the only time I get caught off guard is when the previous tenant's Victoria's Secret catalog comes, or something like that. Yeah, I know it's stupid, but I'm thinking, "hmmm... maybe I could date a girl that looks like this". It takes about 5 minutes before realizing all the flaws with that and it's back to my girlfriend and how great she is.

Well to me there's not that much of a difference but

a hot guy is better to look at a most likely to have a one night stand with cause they probably have one to many girlfriends

and an attractive guy is still pretty good to look at but you are more likely to have a relationshio with them

Hot guys to me are in the extremes. Like gorgeous everything! Body Face hair everything. But I think a lot of guys who are hot have major egos. Attractive guys are cute and someone I would or could see myself with. All the aspects of their personality fit what I like.

I think it goes both ways... the stereotypically hot guys and girls have been told they're perfect and are a-holes but often insecure deep deep down. Attractive people often have something that makes them attractive, like their interest in something, or a drive in a career, and haven't been hearing how great they are.

I think that a hot guy is someone who the general census agrees does have good qualities to thier appearnce. But an attractive guy is better because that person vairoes from person to person, and different people are attractive for different reasons. I would rather be attractive than hot because being attractive is more singular to me.

To me, hot is a guy who looks good, with a sex appeal. An attractive guy looks good, acts good, and is dateable. Hot is the guy you stop and stare at in the hall way, or paeking lot, or mall, or whatever. The attractive guy is the one you like, cause he is attractive. Really though, it all depends on what girls define as the meaning of attractive and hot.

An attractinve guy is cute and girls like him but they might not act as confident as the Hot guy. they might also not look as and I mean AS good not ugly.
