Can a extremely attractive guy not know he is hot or be humble about it?

Imagine a extremely hot guy a 10, gorgeous face, lovely eyes gorgeous smile, the perfect package can he not know he is hot.

I met a guy and he was like that but he didn't act all arrogant or cocky like other very attractive guys I know, he was just very laid down and relaxed

After some time talking to him I couldn't resist and asked him:

- Why are you not cocky, I mean most hot guys I know are really arrogant.

He blushed and then replied

-Well you may think I'm hot but other girls migth see me as hideous.

I didn't insist , but was he pretending or something I mean it was impossible not to see all the stares and looks from the other girls to him.

well he knows. It happens something to hot guys, that doesn't happen to girls. You see, girls, hot or not, are checked out every hour of every day by guys. Hot guys are checked out on the same regular basis. Even by straight guys!

Not hot guys are not checked out by girls. Not hot girls are checked out by guys.

So, the hot guy is so used to getting looked at by girls, that it's kind of normal to him.

What he knows is that he is attractive. He doesn't know he's hot. He doesn't know that women want to jump on him as soon as he catches their eye, because, let's be honest, they never do.

Also, the fact that women don't approach men, leaves hot guys insecure about themselves. That same hot guy you're talking about, most likely, was never, or barely approached by girls. Follow this:

If girls almost never approach a guy, out of fear of rejection or insecurity, imagine how they deal with hot men. Most of them, actually, just say a few words, act uninterested and some even act cold.

So, hot guys have nothing to be cocky about. Unlike hot girls, that get approached and hit on every hour of the day.

It's actually kind of hard for a person to not know that they are attractive at least in some way, assuming issues of body image are not involved. Most of the attractive people I've encountered in my life are actually quite humble and polite. A genuinely cocky or arrogant guy who is also very attractive would likely be just as cocky and arrogant if he were not very attractive.

Yep, there was a guy in my high school from Slovakia, he was really attractive and rich, and he was really nice to everybody, and he never came across as arrogant.

Just like guys if a man grows out of his awkward stage he may not be used to what he looks like yet. There are of course guys that are good looking that are not cocky either. Most guys know that looks is only just the start of what's needed to be a great catch. A good job and confidence along with other things are essential to being a great catch.

I think so, I mean I don't think I am that attractive. However attractive women have let me know that they really think I am super good looking. I don't know I am humble, I don't gloat about it, I don't really care as long as I look my best - keep good care of myself I don't think to much about it. So I guess I would think they exists. :)

some people are humble about they have got, and just don't realize how good they have it. I have come to that conclusion, the people that are the best what they do, are the most humble. the talkers usually are nothing more than just talkers. just people trying to impress you.

Although not extremely common, it definitely does happen. Some guys might genuinely not see what girls see while some might know it but don't let it get to their heads and remain humble about it.

Yes, the ugly duckling syndrome can apply to guys as well. Good looking guys can be humble and oblivious as well.
