Why would a guy laugh at everything I say and find things I say and do funny?

This guy I like, well whenever I'm talking to him or with other friends in a group, he will laugh and I think he finds me funny. I'm attracted to him and I think he knows I like him too.

He chuckles to himself and just stares at me.
