He offered to drive me home...does he like me?

I started working at this grocery a month ago. 3 weeks ago me an my co worker started talking cause he was always the register behind me or in front. I started to like him and sometimes I think he's flirtng with me but then I think maybe he's being nice. Today he was 4 lanes behind me so we really couldn't talk. But he would page my register and mess with me...and sometime I see him staring at me and smiling. Today I was getting off at 6 and he switch to the register behind me and said you better not leave (messing with me) and I said I am lol and so I was waiting there for my mom to pick me up and I was helping bagging for him and he said if you stay til 830 I'll give you a ride home...I smiled and said okay so I stayed and waited for his shift to end...I was hoping he would get a sign that I like him. We just talked about random stuff and he didn't try anything..we dot have each other numbers...so do you think he likes

Me I don't think he wouldn't go for a girl like me he's so cute and tall and skinny and I'm not the prettiest girl and isn't in the best shape

It's possible. If you guys weren't particularly friends before, offering to give someone a ride home might be a sign he likes you. That might depend, also, on how far away he lives from you. I've done this before to girls I've worked with, too, as well as gone to school with. If we were just friends, and it was on the way, sure. Most of the time, even if it wasn't really close to where I live. However, with girls I liked, I'd drive the opposite direction of where I lived for however far it was just for the opportunity. I never made this known openly, either, unless they knew how far away I lived in which case, I just brushed it off as no big deal. I would find out how far away he lives if he offers again (i.e. "How far out of the way is this for you?). If it's a far drive, then offer to pay for gas. If he totally denies that. I'd say that's a good sign. It already seems like a good sign to me. Also, don't underestimate yourself by saying things like "I'm not the prettiest girl" or for not being "in the best shape." I don't know you so I can't judge the accuracy of these statements, but I'll tell you they don't really matter if the guy's interested in you. Just take the situation as it happens, it seems good so far. Just keep trying it out.

This is a great question. I asked a similar one a while back, though not as a public post. :-)

If he goes out of his way once for you, he's probably just being nice. The fact that you stayed there shows you like him.

If he offers you a ride home regularly, he likes you. If you ask, you mess up the ability to figure out whether he likes you, lol.
