Why he sometimes stares smiles and teases but sometimes he ignores me?

So there's this guy at school and he is friends with the popular,slutty girls and we've been in the same class for almost 8 months and we're not really friends but recently he just likes to stare at me and look into my eyes for more than 10 seconds and smile and we just stand there looking at each other until I look somewhere else and there's this other girl who tries to make him stop looking at me when does and he won't listen to her even though they're like really good friends

He also likes to tease at me

for example:we were on a bus trip with the school,he came behind my seat shaking it like a lot ,i got mad and started telling him to stop,he asked whether I got car sick,i did not respond so he just stopped...

he likes getting into little stupid fights with me and whenever he talks to me he just looks me in the eyes and he has really pretty eyes big and blue,but we don't talk much...

in other times he just ignores me completely like I'm not even there,he doesn't talk or stare, he just ignores ..

what's up with him?!

Personally, I think he might like you a little bit. But he's to immature to tell you, he does it in an annoying way to gain your attention. Next time, when you guys are starring at each other, have fun with it, tease him, give him a half smile, or even be bold enough to touch his shoulder and wink then walk away. He will think about the bold statement and he will probably go crazy trying to determine the meaning as to why you did it.

His friend likes him, that's the reason she tries getting his attention away from you.

Hes a typical boy, the whole thing about "if I'm a jerk to her she will like me more and if I'm nice to her, she'll start to think I'm p****whipped for her."
Show him it the other way around.
