For Guys.... why do you get so moody?

Can someone please tell me why you guys get so moody? Well, not all of you, but most of you do! My boyfriend for example... in the beginning he was soooooo giddy and everything... now he has this mood about him where it's almost like this "macho" thing...hard to describe... but not like he was... He tells me he still has the same feelings and everything for me... it's just part of who he is...He is a Gemini... but the moods are crazy!

Ok... with this mood... He gets this way very hard to explain. Somewhat like grandiosity and treats me more like a friend... I did tell him how I felt... he said that it's just him that his feelings haven't changed.. I don't know... very confusing

Gemini, schmemini. I'm also a Gemini, and am never taken to moodiness whatsoever! From the time I wake up in the morning til I hit the bed at night, I'm evenly tempered, and always thoughful of others. Mood swings, in my opinion, are a sign of some inner deficiency that...WAIT A MINUTE! YOUR JUST A MAN HATER, AREN'T YA. YOU AINT FOOLING ME! ADMIT IT. YA JUST KEEP NAGGIN AT HIM TIL HE POPS, RIGHT! SOON AS HE GETS IN THE DOOR...TOILETS BROKEN! LIGHT BILLS DUE! NEW TIRES FOR THE CAR!

Lol I'm just pullin your leg. Guess most of us guys get a little moody, but if it's getting over the top, you might need to just come out and tell him, that you can't look to a long-term relationship with him unless he can modify things. You desrve to be repected always. I don't know if his moods swings ever enter the range of disrespecting you, but if so, you can't let it go there (based on your response to my post, I don't think you will. lol). You deserve to be loved at all times. Be well.

Hopefully he's not trying to assert himself as the dominating force in your relationship, or assign to you some kind of role. Surely he knows better than this. Next time he trips in this direction, it may be time to set it right. If not, I can only imagine it getting worse, not better. If you truly care about someone, you want for them to be comfortable, and on equal footing, at least.

All people are different, but I'll tell you why I get moody an maybe that will make sense:

I get moody when I am under a lot of stress, work, relationship ,etc.

I get moody when there is something that bothers me about my wife that I am not comfortable talking to her about so it hangs out there.

I get moody when I have to settle for something less than what I want.

I get moody when I am bored.

These are just a few things, but maybe is one of these, maybe not.

I have no idea really why he gets moody. But he has been moody for 2 weeks now. I even noticed it in bed....lol. However, last nite was fine... The mood swings tend to make me want to distance myself. I keep reminding myself how much I love him and that I want to hang in there and I do let him know about them.

If it just started and then there is probably something bothering him that he doesn't want to talk about. Guys won't talk about a lot of things with their lady because it makes them feel weak. The more important thing is how he expresses the mood, does he get violent or take it out on you? If so, you probably need to find out what the problem is.

Guys ARE moody! I totally know what you mean!

there's this guy I like, but I totally don't know if he likes me back! Why? MOODSWINGS! One day he's totally flirting, the next day he's teasing me, the next day he doesn't so much as look at me, then the NEXT day he calls me a bitch! haha then it starts all over again! :/
