Does one second lip touching count as kiss?

Lets say A is a girl and she was talking to her boyfriend when suddenly her boyfriend move his face forward and touch her lips with his lips. But it was only for one second and after that the boy didn't give any reaction at all and continue to listen to the girl talking. Because the girl was shocked, she didn't ask any question and just continue the talks and now keep wondering if that was a kiss or not. So what do you guys said?

Yeah.. That was a kiss. As a guy, I have had girls do the same. I never give a kiss out first I am sorta weird like that. But, a kiss is a kiss. What I would do now is next time you see him give him a kiss. You may have frightened him away from kissing.

I wouldn't count it as a kiss, but more of a tease. Plus, is this her BOYFRIEND or a friend that is a boy?

her BOYFRIEND. But their relationship is new so the girl still feel embarrassed to ask her boyfriend about that one second lip touching because she is afraid that the boy would thought that was just a tease.

Just because it's short, it doesn't mean it's not a kiss. I can be talking to my girl and at some point I'll reach out to her lips because it's hard to resist. He might be shy or confused about how she liked it so it only lasted for a sec, and he didn't say anything after. AAnyway it was an intimate act that shows he's attracted. That's what you should know. Just curious, are you the girlfriend?

well, yeah. And You could say I am the shy type of girl so I feel embarrassed to ask him whether it was kiss or not.
