Of course! You can use tongue on a first kiss. You kinda have to read-the-situation. If it happens to be one of those kisses where tongue would be inappropriate then don't use tongue. Otherwise, and by default... absolutely you can use tongue for a first kiss. This question has never even occurred to me before. The answer has always been self-evident to me.

Exactly that’s the kinda kiss you would want to expect on a first date because a tongue kissing is too forward and you want to wait til y’all get to know each other more firmly at least but chips will fall if it shall. @slatyb I've never had to say just a peck. When kissing someone for the first time its normally just lips touching for a length of time and a crazy spark happens. If its good, you smirk at eachother and decide to kiss again, perhaps turn it into a makeout session… then tongue is involved. So i really dont care if this “be patient” type thing isn't your style. I was on a date one time and it was all going well.. we were laughing, flirting, having a good time and we go to kiss.. holy shit.. that girls tongue was like a giraffe. I swear.. In my mind, using tongues is more a passionate kiss thing which I tend to save for later, once we are being more intimate. The first kiss should be without and more of a softer/romantic kiss that leaves you wanting more afterwards. Somewhat of a precursor to the passionate tongue involved kiss.
