when wanting to date a woman who has never said no. does persistence pay off?

I took her out to dinner last night. spur of the moment. she got off work. had a drink. was looking at a menu. I said lets go get steak. we shared a steak. and sides. we chatted and enjoyed the company. wasn't an official date but went well.

If she says no, then no. It'll only piss her off and make her want you even less. If you keep pressuring her when she's said no, you'll only end up looking like a douche bag.

If she says maybe or if she plays games, then why waste your time? As AdamThomas said, you should probably just try to find someone who wants to be with you right off the bat, someone who doesn't need "convincing". If you have to convince someone to be with you, it doesn't really sound like they genuinely want to be with you.

So generally, I don't think persistence pays off. If a woman says no, she really means it. If she says maybe, then I guess you could give it a shot, but don't expect her to fall head over heels for you. You're better off finding someone who's genuinely interested in you.

No, if they say no. Despite the godforsaken and outdated stereotypes that state that women do not know what they want, they very much do. If a woman says no, she means no. If she has not said no but does not express interest, you never know. She could be really shy and wants to be sure that you feel the same way she does. Drop hints and ask her out. Straight out. Another myth debunked: women like when people are direct and straightforward. It's unnerving to tell others your feelings, but you'll feel better that it's off your chest once you know what she thinks. It's best not to be all, "Come on, why not," or, "But I'm so nice, you have to date me." She feels harassed when that happens.

It depends on the girl and how she feels about the guy. It can't hurt to keep asking but just because you are persistent doesn't mean it will pay off. You never know. There is this guy who works in my department that keeps asking me out but he doesn't realize that I will never go out with him. A nuclear fallout could happen, leaving him the last man on earth and I still wouldn't give him my phone number. So in his case, he should just stop. But I've ended up going out with guys that I said no to in the beginning, but kept asking me out. It just depends.

More often than not, no. You're better off finding a girl that likes you than trying to convince one who isn't sure/playing hard to get.

Persistence? Why? Can't you just learn to give up on everything? You're just an ocean in a drop.

It depends. If she's shy, then you'll have to do most of the work for something to happen. But if she's playing hard to get, flirting but never taking it or just ignores you, then persistence will get you nowhere. Don't be persistent with a woman who likes to play games.

Persistence can pay off if you know the women is at least somewhat interested in dating you, but is just a little hesitant for whatever reason.

I don’t see why you would need to be persistent with someone who never says no, though.
