Why does he initiate conversation and then disappear?

I don't understand him. He initiates conversation and then disappears. He was not always like this and he is a texter and is glued to his phone

It upsets me. He initiates! Why? I gave him space and didn't message him for 3 days and each night he messaged me.

I don't know how to talk to him anymore. I am afraid to ask him about his day. He asks me about mine and that is when I return the question. I still ask from time to time, but really had no clue how to talk to him anymore.

Why does he do this now? I feel like I'm bothering him! Talking to him was never so difficult until he started ignoring me and letting my messages go for like 12 hours at a time. Why does he initiate? But show no interest in talking? I'm so confused.

Whenever I initiate he lets me message go for up to 12 hours. Today he let each go for 2-4 hours. This is how it is lately and he says nothing is new, nothing going on, not busy. What happened? But to then ignore me even after initiating? He used to message me all day every day for like 7 months now.

He texts you when he's bored and has nothing else to do. some people need constant form of entertainment so they text people in their down time. Ignore him and block his number. Guys like that will text you when it's the right time for them, but then when you text back they're no where to be found, yet they expect you to be available when they text you.

If a girl never initiates with me back, I'm done with her, because either she's too afraid and expects me to do everything, which is boring, or she's uninterested.

Either way it means a relationships is probably not going to work.
