My crush made a romantic playlist for me (he named it after me and was trying to get my attention at the time) a year ago but never shared it with me. He soon made the playlist private and now one year later he just deleted it. I still see him weekly in a lecture and he does glance at me at the beginning of the lecture when he thinks I don’t notice. Why did he make an effort to delete it? He rarely deletes any of his playlists. And yeah I know it’s kind of creepy that I monitor his Spotify activities but I’ve never been so drawn to anyone like to him.

Hey, so I have a huge crush on a male coworker. We are quite close at work and we flirt together. However, we are not in a position to date each other.

I saw him the other weekend and we were both a little drunk. I ended up telling him how I felt about him. I asked him if he liked me back and he said “you’re a lovely person”. I kept asking him, and he kept saying that I’m lovely. Eventually, he said “yes I do, but we can’t be together” and then we had a couple of quick kisses on the lips.

Since then, he’s been awkward around me at work. There is a stark contrast between how he was before and how he is now. He says that everything’s fine and our friendship is unaffected. He even said he didn’t remember what happened, even though I text him the next day apologising and he said it was fine.

Every time I’ve seen him outside of work and we’ve had a few drinks, he’s always been very huggy and has even nuzzled into my hair.

At work, he is hot and cold. He used to stare at me a lot but now he seems to avoid eye contact. And when we have lunch, he used to sit beside me or opposite me. But now he either sits by me but moves his chair further down the table or he sits diagonally opposite me.

I’ve noticed he does still joke with me and his voice goes soft if it’s just us two. Why is he being like this? Does he have feelings for me?

So I am curious.

I finished senior year last year and I can’t seem to forget about this guy that was in my class. I had a huge crush on him but he was obnoxious and had a girlfriend so I made it my mission to stay away from him. Nonetheless he would act weird around me from asking and always initiating sexual conversations with me, to laughing at everything I would say (when I wasn’t even trying to be funny), to disrupting the class by trying to steal my phone, to exposing my crush I had on his friend (it was a lowkey cover up) , to him making out with his girlfriend intentionally in front of me, to him randomly sprinting in class and jumping over my chair also on this one costume day at school pushed to take pictures with me and wrapped his arm around my neck and lastly when I confronted him if he had a crush on me , he hysterically and loudly laughed in my face. He had a girlfriend all this time by the way. He would do anything to get my attention , I would curse him out for his disrespectful behavior and also ignore him a lot but that didn’t work , obviously.

I just can’t stop thinking about all the dumb stuff he did , I want clarity.

My age is 24 but i was fat. I was never able to date because of it. I have lost 17 kg and i am 59 kg now. I think I still need to lose 5 or 6 kg to be cute. But on internet I keep hearing that women hit wall at 25 . I am gonna be 25 at July. so is it seriously over for me even after losing so much weight? Men my age are just gonna go for younger women?

I don't want to date old guys. Because I don't relate with them.

What is the point of losing weight if I am gonna die alone?

Maybe I would die virgin. I don't want to have sex unless it is in long term relationship. Because I personally don't think that I would enjoy.

So my long distance boyfriend doesn’t call me too often, he will occasionally but i would like if he did it more. When i ask him if he’d be down to call he says he has class early and wants to get some sleep, which i understand i would just like him to set a date and time to call me.

I’ve brought this up with him and he says he’s really not that into phone calls in general and i understand this as well but being in an ldr i would like it if he gave it a bit more importance because it’s important to me.

We text every single day and we have really long conversations they’re not dry at all but i would like it if we could have maybe a weekly phone call or something like that.

is his lack of enthusiasm to call him becoming uninterested in me or is it simply because he’s gotten more comfortable and doesn’t see it as a necessity?

I have been working at my current company for almost 2 and a half years now. I've recently developed a crush on a colleague, but we've always had a flirty relationship. However, due to our situations, it would be almost impossible to have a relationship together. He's always been lovely to me and the flirting included things like him doing silly things to get my attention, staring at me, prolonged/strong eye contact, going out of his way to help me, seeming jealous about other men, organising the gifts/cards for my 30th birthday etc etc. I've always felt fairly confident that he felt the same way.

HOWEVER, a few weekends ago, we met up on a night out. I had too much to drink and I ended up telling him that I really liked him as more than a friend. I asked him if he liked me back, to which he said "you're a lovely person". I kept asking him, being persistent with it - he kept repeating “you’re a lovely person” and I eventually said "just answer the question", to which he replied "yes, I do but we can't be together etc". I think we had a few quick kisses on the lips, not a proper kiss, but a peck.

The day after, I apologised to him for potentially putting him in an awkward position, to which he said "don't worry about it".

The next week at work, he apparently wasn't aware of what happened. I told him that I had kissed him and he looked shocked, saying "that's not ideal, I wouldn't have kissed you properly". For the rest of the week, he barely spoke to me and was hot and cold in his behaviour towards me.

He has gotten better but he doesn't flirt with me like he used to before all this happened. He has shown being jealous because he overheard me saying I was going on a date. I saw him look in my direction and when I told him to have a nice weekend, he abruptly said “bye”

Was there any truth in him telling me that he likes me? Does he still like me? If so, why is he being weird?

Im 15 and I live in the united nation where there’s a lot of immigrants,
the specific area I live in has a lot of Chinese/Korean people, I grew up around them, so I’m more attracted to them than other races. Although the problem is that I am from Iran (persian) I’m on the lighter skin colour side and even though my friends say I’m pretty and I’ve had a couple guys like me in the past, I’ve never had an Asian guy have mutual feelings for me or even show any interest. I want to hear the honest truth, do Asians find Persians attractive?

This happened to me recently and personally I was pretty pissed about this since as an engineer this is not my job, he could have easily done it himself and considering his intellect and skill I don’t accept him as an authority. I think his request displays his machismo and lack of respect for me. Am I overreacting? What do you think of this? He is only 4 years older than me by the way.

When I brought up the topic of who a lot of other women fancy, he blushed, which I thought was odd I just said “oh I’ve also noticed that a lot of other girls fancy Tom, but I don’t like Tom I think he looks like an idiot” then I noticed he had a massive blush on his face and he replied “yeah… your basically correct.. he is an idiot” I couldn’t tell whether he was blushing and smiling to mirror what I was possibly doing? Maybe I was blushing and smiling and that’s what caused him to blush? Or was it just bringing up the topic of fancying people, because he might fancy me? Or maybe he’s hoping that I’d admit that I fancy him?

Does that mean he’s attracted to her or just mirroring her?
