How to care for our hair?
1. Drink plenty of water
Yes! water is essential for maintaining healthy hair..so keep your water bottle around and drink up!
2. Eat healthy!
Food: more specifically those rich in proteins and fatty acids are good for hair health.
3. Hair supplements
Hair supplements are beneficial for hair growth..supplements like vitamin E,fish oil, Biotin , Folic acid,etc..
4. Avoid heat
Using heat on hair with too much styling ain't good at all!!..Even though some people say that if they use thermal protecting spray on their hair will this protect it, it doesn't mean that the hair will be able to deal with high temperature forever! effect will be noticeable over time..it will make hair become brittle and more prone to breakage.
5. Make use of different oils!
Give your hair a break from chemical products and make use of natural oils like : castor oil,olive oil,coconut oil,mustard oil,almond oil,amla oil to promote healthy hair growth! These oils can be use for scalp massage or as hair mask to leave overnight and wash in the morning.
