I used to have bad hair, always frizzy, because I had to wash them daily due to public transport dirtiness.
I regulated by bath schedule so I wash them every two days with a low silicone shampoo (shampoo with nettle, it’s very effective for brightness and strength and it is very soft with hair) and treat them well with balm made with aloe every two baths. Then, I adjusted my way of drying them: moved away a little the hairdryer so the hot jet isn’t so directly on my skin and I tend to use a middle heat so it doesn’t burn hair.
Actually hair is one of the few parts of myself I like.
I sleep in a silk bonnet, do weekly hair masks, apply oils, and brush it carefully
When you’re in your 20s, your hair is naturally at its best
It’s not always like that.. if you treat them badly and maybe have a weak hair, they can appear damaged and dry.
@Ευδεμονια that’s just a bad hair day letting your hair grow out for a long time not cutting the dead ends off. I never seen anybody in their 20s have bad hair. You might be bald but anybody that has hair doesn’t have bad hair in their 20s.
I fought with my hair for years among 20 and 25. I always had a lot of hair but they have been not shiny and very very dry for years… and I’m not bald. so I assure you in your twenties you can have problems with them.
This is a very rare circumstances that I’m hearing from you obviously you’re not taking your vitamins and eating properly or resting properly or washing your hair enough normal healthy people don’t have bad hair in their 20s. I have never seen that ever.
Yes sure there are always reasons why hair is bad. I had my problems time ago but a good cleaning and treating schedule helped a lot to cure them
Do you still have bad hair? Why don’t you go to a professional stylist one of those celebrity kind of stylist that has all the secrets
You might spend a lot more money but at the end is it worth it for you?
No I managed to solve my hair problems, I take care of them with a schedule. They look good actually! I had problems until I was 25
@Ευδεμονια what did you do to fix it?
I simply managed to wash them a bit less frequently (I passed from once a day to once in two days), using better shampoos (like nettle ones) and I usually put some aloe balm over it, once every two baths. They’re pretty shiny and sometimes I actually receive compliments for them.
@Ευδεμονια i’ve always washed my hair once a week that’s a little bit too much
It depends on a bit of things. I have pretty long hair and oily skin so my hair get dirty soon, plus I had to take public transport daily to go to university and to work, and this dirties them more.
Lastly, I live in southern Europe and here climate during summer is terrible (very humid and hot) and I end up sweating a lot so I needed to wash them almost daily. Now I balanced a bit that washing schedule
@Ευδεμονια well, that’s how Miami Florida is. That’s where I live it’s humid and hot here.
Good for you if you manage to wash them once a week, mine goes all dirty if I don’t wash them for three days 😂 maybe it’s air pollution particles too, that’s very high here.
@Ευδεμονια well, I don’t have long hair. I cut it short than I grow it out then I cut it short again.
Alright, this helps a lot to maintain them clean.
Maybe one day I’ll cut them short, actually I like more myself with long hair 😂
@Ευδεμονια ok that’s cool
