Thank you for all you’ve done. There is a special place for angels. I’m sorry this has been so hard I can only imagine.
Thank you so much for all you do. We're so lucky to have such smart and good people like yourself in this world.
I have no feelings for hospital staff in more than I do for a cop or a cashier
When I die I'm going to find a quiet place alone in the woods like a cat
Hang in there. With or without vaccination, numbers are going down.
That's what you get for spending all your time dancing in youtube videos.
Its definitely has altered our world and its the end of the world as we knew it. It will be forever till its over or settled. I am glad to hear your perspective
I don't think masks and vaccines are going to stop this virus. Maybe you should take a vacation
Thank you so much for what you do. I can’t imagine starting that career in a time like this.
No. Do you see what's happening? Covid is going non emergency, even democrats. It was done before it even started.
You are a nurse, so you should know that 40% of deaths are medical errors.
That's the default, by the way.
And don't worry, that's going to be your experience for ever, covid or not.
Man I really hate this shit.
I even tired to wish that motherfucker virus get out of our fucking life, world and from entire universe!
the numbers are lies
That is not the case in my hospital. As of now, no vaccinated patients are in my ICU. I have had vaccinated patients previously, but as of now, I do not have any under my care or even in our unit.
ok I should try that myself then under FOI request
Very rough start to your career!!!
Fear is not statistically relevent though. If you are "terrified" that is a problem you have to solve within yourself, it is not the responsibility of others to adopt change to placate your fears.
Wearing a mask itself is too much sometimes, I can't imagine how you manage with layers of protective gear.
You are doing a wonderful service
Wait a minute. Forgive me for asking this but you medics actually cry tears? Why?
When you have a patient that you care for for weeks or months, and you talk to them (even if they can't talk back), you talk with their families and help the patient to communicate with their family, you get to know the person. When you and a few other nurses or doctors are the only people they get to see because we don't allow visitors, we become like their family.
We get emotionally invested in these patients, in these people...
So if they die, it hits us hard sometimes.
Oh. Oh my! I would never have imagined it to be like this :/
I do feel sorry for that. It must be a taxing experience to go through.
I appreciate you publishing this article. As someone, who never worked in the medical field (but rather as a recurring patient in medical centers) i can appreciate the work and the enlightenment coming from the other side.
For me it allows me to get on the better side of the medics. Fortunately you medics are generally good hearted people (i think you were literally trained to be like this, yes?).
In any case I wish you endurance. From the sounds of it you'll need a very lot of it.
If you're vaccinated, what are you afraid of? Is that not the point of the vaccine?
Thank you for your service
Better advice is too lose weight, exercise and eat right.
You can still get covid and die when vaccinated so there is no point
