Not sure any girls agree with me, but when I workout, my legs gain muscles faster than the rest of my body, so I always worried my legs become like men's lol.

To prevent from getting too much muscles, I used to massage my legs for hours after heavy workout like jogging or dancing.


But after taking pilates and yoga lessons, I learnt how to slim down or maintain the leg shape without getting muscles. And I have three of those pilates or yoga poses that I follow everyday.


So, I'd like to share with other girls on here 。◕ ‿ ◕。


Most of you probably know them already but hopefully there is at least one of these tips that you haven't tried :P


1. An item between your knees

  • Sit tall on the front edge of the chair, then place a book (thickness approximately inch or two) between your knees and hold the book for 30 minutes (3 sets -10minutes of each set with a brief break :P).


Try this if you don't have time to workout :D I do this every morning and the afternoon while working or studying or reading etc. This really helps to shape your legs :)


2. Legs up the wall :D

  • Find an empty space in your room :) then lie on the floow with your butt right up against a wall. place your legs straight up the wall so that your body is in an L shape with your torso flat on the floor and perpendicular to the wall.


This is actually really good to relax your muscles after heavy workout :) I usually do it after workout or before bed≧◡≦ Try it!! :D


3. Lifting leg :D

  • Lie on left side, left leg straight and right leg bent over the left at the knee.Lift left leg straight up a few inches off the floor, toes pointing straight out. Lower and repeat with other leg.


You can try this while watching TV or before bed :D



So, those are the three things that I always do everyday. I know there are many different workout that you can try to slim down your legs :)
