I have been told, I got fat thighs/legs and they are not proportionate to my body, shouldn't have side dents etc. I never took any notice of my thighs and legs till someone told me that I should not wear shorts, my thighs look awfully fat. I just started to think... geez, what do I do?
You can't. Not if it's all muscle and no fat over there. Try going to the gym and doing squats. Your quads will get bigger and it will look a bit more natural.

Not fat, those are your quads. Since your a female it's extremely hard to get very lean legs.
Do Pilates... don't do leg exercises like weights
