What's your main go to food something sweet or something salty?

What's your main go to food? When I am starving and I need something to eat my main choice of food is to eat a nonfat greek yogurt. Most people would rather sit down and eat something salty or something sweat and horrible for them. I find the more I workout the healthier I eat is that true for you too or do you find that when you workout you decide that you can eat what ever you want? Carbohydrate addiction is a huge problem in this country and it doesn't help that we have a 711 or a gas station almost on every block where its easily available to get unhealthy food options on the go.
