Morning Breakfast? Donuts or Bagels?

I prefer donuts and coffee. But then again a bagel leaves me feeling fuller longer. But I prefer the sugar rush donuts give me, even tho they make me crash later on.

Bagels. Donuts are... blegh. Fatty, tiny, ring of calorie bomb. Bagels are healthier. But I usually eat normal bread.

Hell no. I have digestive tract issues so I can't eat a lot of things like gluten, dairy, things that are high in oils, etc. It stinks.
