I had just landed after a 4 hr flight on a commercial plane.
It was only afterwards that I learned that the effects of cafeine are significantly larger at altitude.
So had consumed 2 coffees or so and not gone to the room in the last 2 hours before landing.
I started to feel that I had to, during the descent. The fasten seatbelts light was on since it was turbulent and I expected to be able to wait.
But when we landed I was almost bursting. And than the time to taxi, connect the airbridge and leave the plane.
Oh man, fortunately the rooms were behind the corner. Brrrrrr. The 45 sec non-stop pee :-)

Check it, 4th grade, Ms. Summers class, Algebra. Had to go so bad I was walking like a fucking Oompa Loompa. Just barely made it to the bathroom that day.
